Refund policy

return policy- Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.  Once PURO DESMADRE has received your return package, all returns will be inspected before store credit is issued. PURO DESMADRE reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn , damaged, stained (make-up,fake tan, etc) or altered in any way. These garments won't be accepted and they will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an online credit. Store credit will ONLY be issued for the items purchased and NOT the shipping fees.

 

Return labels are only provided on orders over $250. If your order does not qualify for a free return label, a new label will need to be obtained from your local USPS office. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITH USPS, any returns made with a different mail carrier can result in your return getting lost & not being processed by our team.
